OTALORA RODRIGUEZ, Nicolás; GUTIERREZ, Hayr  and  LOPEZ, Francisco. Differences between exporting and non-exporting, small and medium enterprises (SME`S) Clothing companies in Bogota focus in the analysis of their intellectual capital. Investig. adm. [online]. 2015, vol.44, n.116. ISSN 2448-7678.

This article aims to identify the main differences between exporting and non-exporting Small and Medium Enterprises (SME`s) clothing companies in Bogota D.C, by focusing in the analysis of their intellectual capital as a main element that enables knowledge management. We diagnosed these elements by building a methodological tool that helps to analyze three different variables related to this type of management, which are human, structural and relational capital. This study was possible by the development of a pre-built questionnaire, made by the authors and validated by experts, that helps to identify the most important differences from the main elements of each of the variables that compose the intellectual capital. It was concluded that there are differences in the three variables being more relevant in the structural capital.

Keywords : Knowledge management; intellectual capital; human capital; structural capital; relational capital,Small and Medium Enterprises (SME`s).
