The journal constitutes an Electronic publication that disseminates, among the scientific and university community in the country and abroad, the results of the reflection and rigorous analysis on financial and international economics that contributes to the understanding of the complex field of Political Economy in financial issues. The mission of the journal is to expand scientific research and its dissemination on issues of the contemporary financial economy. The journal was an initiative of the research group in financial economics, composed by academics at the Institute of Economic Research, and the School of Economics (UNAM), as well as academics from the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana and the Universidad de Zacatecas in Mexico. It also has the contribution of scholars of universities in the United States, Canada, Argentina, Spain, and France. Semi-annual publication.
