Convergencia Revista de Ciencias Sociales is a scientific publication that adheres to the philosophy of Open Access. Its main task is to promote and encourage research in the Social Sciences in Ibero-America, as well as spreading the science as one of the purposes of the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. It publishes articles in Spanish and English, product of the scientific research relating to analysis or polemics on contemporary theories, social facts, current debates and case studies that enrich and provide a new theoretical perspective to the various disciplines of the social sciences, particularly to Communication Sciences, Political Science, Public Administration and Sociology. Three-times-a-year publication.
