The objective of the research is to develop a self-diagnosis base in the university community of the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos on social responsibility, which allows establishing prioritization criteria for the design of future plans. Among the main results obtained are the application of a qualitative instrument to the focus groups of perception of the actors of the university community, and a second instrument, which uses a questionnaire, that due to the nature or quantitative nature of the analysis, provides robustness to the study accomplished.
