The objective of the research is to determine the influence of the Institutional Climate management on the Performance of the Teaching Personnel of the Educational Institution No. 7044 San Martín de Porres, Chorrillos. The validity of the research is demonstrated through expert judgment and reliability through Cronbach's alpha (0.922 and 0.839) for both instruments. It is concluded that both the variable "Institutional Climate Management" and "Performance of Teaching Staff" are perceived above all as good, as are most of their respective dimensions and the correlation between them is positive.
