The present study describes the barriers faced by the face-to-face university student due to the migration to virtual mode. The universe of study is the population of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua, from which a discretionary sample of 692 students was selected, to whom a self-administered survey was applied through the Google Formats platform during the month July 2020. The results indicate that the students were not prepared for the virtual modality (69.5%) and suffered from stress for fear of reducing their academic performance (83%), manifesting an absence of feedback from the teaching staff (70%) among other findings.
