The universe of study is the population of the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences of the Autonomous University of Chihuahua, from which a discretionary sample of 692 students was selected, to whom a self-administered survey was applied through the Google Formats platform during the month July 2020. The results indicate that the students were not prepared for the virtual modality (69.5%) and suffered from stress for fear of reducing their academic performance (83%), manifesting an absence of feedback from the teaching staff (70%) among other findings.
