Organizational culture is the set of feelings, traditions and forms of interaction between existing groups in organizations. This study analyzed the dimensions of corporate culture and how leadership influences its organizational development from the point of view of the manager and employees in microenterprises. Using a qualitative approach, an interview was conducted with the manager and surveys of the workers of a family microenterprise. The results show that worker satisfaction is associated with open, employee-oriented cultures and adequate control. It is concluded that the importance of organizational culture lies in identifying new models, methods and instruments that allow companies to grow administratively, economically and socially in a highly competitive environment.

Keywords : microenterprise; organizational culture; organizational development.
