GARCIA GARCIA, Nely. Sisterhood as a strategy for updating teaching in women of the upper secondary education level. Dilemas contemp. educ. política valores [online]. 2021, vol.8, n.3, 00007.  Epub June 11, 2021. ISSN 2007-7890.  https://doi.org/10.46377/dilemas.v8i3.2622.

In this research, a strategy of continuous training based on sisterhood is proposed through which women teachers at the Upper Secondary Education level develop ties and networks that allow them to achieve professional goals that in turn impact other areas of their lives. The sisterhood strategy for women teachers in upper secondary education is an approach with a gender perspective, which encourages and raises awareness among women to make pacts between them; The purpose is to strengthen relationships in the educational, cultural, and social spheres, to empower themselves and develop their skills in an integral way.
