Abstract

This article analyzes the texts of the website People and Assets, a space for sharing patrimonies, through an analysis of the content of the stories shared by the people in it. Our overall goal is to discover the main components of the "heritage" concept. We analyze the processes of patrimonialization (know, understand, value, raise awareness, preserve, enjoy, transmit, socialize, identify). We obtained enlightening results on the emotional and spiritual character of heritage and the implications of sharing the privacy of heritage through digital environments. The page People and Patrimonies, a space to share patrimonies is a platform that develops values of a culture immersed in the 21st century, generated from individual patrimonies.
