FALCONE TREVINO, Giuseppe Francisco; JIMENEZ GALAN, Joel Luis  y  TINAJERO MALLOZZI, Zaida Leticia. Innovative educational practices incorporating culture and technology for learning and development of skills in Computer Law integrating Artificial Intelligence. RIDE. Rev. Iberoam. Investig. Desarro. Educ [online]. 2025, vol.15, n.30, e875.  Epub 31-Jun-2025. ISSN 2007-7467.  https://doi.org/10.23913/ride.v15i30.2396.

The research looked at innovative educational practices that incorporated culture and technology. Specifically, it focused on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a resource for learning and developing competencies in Computer Law. The study evidenced the need for educational methods that reflect technological and cultural evolution, such as the integration of digital tools and the recognition of cultural diversity in the classroom. The objective was to evaluate the effectiveness of these practices in strengthening the competencies of students in Computer Law, through the integration of AI to enrich the educational process. A quasi-experimental study design was used, with a control group without randomization. Various educational practices were implemented in a Computer Law course, which included AI trial simulations, predictive analysis of legal cases, and cultural case studies. Effectiveness was measured through questionnaires, which included self-evaluations and teacher rubrics, as well as academic performance analyses.

The results showed that 95% of the students improved their competencies in Computer Law. AI trial simulations increased student understanding by 90%, while predictive analytics of legal cases improved analysis ability by 85%. Importantly, competencies were measured using specific indicators, based on Bloom's competency model. The cultural case studies helped 80% of the students to understand more deeply the influence of culture on the interpretation of laws. The integration of culture and technology, especially AI, into the educational practices of Computer Law was highly effective. These practices improved students' technical competencies and fostered a deeper understanding of cultural and ethical contexts.
