The present document has as object of study to explore the challenges and opportunities of workers engaged under a contract of Service, a Special Administrative (CAS) of COVID established to provide emergency medical assistance in response to the pandemic of coronavirus in Peru, and in particular to examine how these workers have access to the regular contract CAS, which provides better employment benefits and employment stability. In addition to knowing roughly the legal and regulatory aspects governing both types of contracts, as well as the rules and requirements that must be met to achieve the transmissibility legal.
