The objective of this work is to retake this utopian idea about the generous potentialities of Internet, problematized it and demonstrates how far this vision is consistent with the facts. How far this media reflects the expectations that have been placed inside it. At the end of the text we can respond fully if it is inclusion the logic that articulates the discourse in cyberspace or only this place only reproduce the same patterns of social exclusion like any other social space?
