Nosocomial infections represent a significant challenge for healthcare systems worldwide due to their impact on morbidity, mortality, and associated costs. This study analyzes the prevalence and incidence of nosocomial infections at Hospital Angeles México from January 2022 to June 2024. The most frequent types of infections, their anatomical location, the microorganisms involved, and their relationship with the use of medical devices were identified. These findings provide a basis for developing strategies to reduce the incidence of these infections in the hospital.
