Abstract

FRANCO-CUERVO, Juan José. Iusphere and normative circuits. Bol. Mex. Der. Comp. [online]. 2024, vol.57, n.170, pp.99-135.  Epub Apr 29, 2025. ISSN 2448-4873.  https://doi.org/10.22201/iij.24484873e.2024.170.19314.

This article analyzes the pyramidal and network legal models, to present as an alternative a communicational model based on Niklas Luhmann’s systems theory. As a result, the use of the original concepts of iusphere and normative circuits is proposed, which are considered a continuation of Luhmann’s work, which clarify the meaning of communication in law, its contingency, autopoiesis and structural couplings. These concepts contribute to the analysis of the reduction of legal complexity.

Keywords : normative circuits; complexity; systems theory; iusphere; Luhmann; pyramidal legal model; network legal model.
