The objective of this work is to find the instruments of pplica private international Law that protect women victims of gender violence. To do this, the applicable regulations are investigated that allow us to know certain jurisdictional court that will apply the most favorable law that does not violate international public order. However, there are still countries that authorize forced marriages and unilateral repudiation of the husband. Consequently, legal mechanisms are studied to avoid gender violence in these cases.
