Se hace una revisión crítica a las posturas desde donde se ha explicado la resistencia física rarámuri. Analizando los resultados que se ofrecen desde la fisiología y sus condiciones materiales y simbólicas proponemos un marco integrativo para comprender el fenómeno desde un enfoque simétrico y transdisciplinar, integrando a la antropología en la biología. Proponemos un acercamiento ontológico que integra topológicamente el entorno físico y social desde una interfaz híbrida como el organismo-persona, donde el organismo se desborda por la persona mediante una amplitud de relaciones. En este caso, conceptos que son mediadores de relaciones como trabajo, fortaleza, esfuerzo y el alma, son medulares para comprender el papel de la actividad física y la importancia de la red de relaciones que cada persona lleva a cabo en el colectivo rarámuri, donde se desarrolla su condición física como un producto de desarrollo influido por la herencia biológica y cultural y la construcción de nicho.

A critical review is made of the Rarámuri’s physical resistance. Analyzing the results offered by physiology and its material and symbolic conditions, we propose an integrative framework to understand the phenomenon from a symmetrical and transdisciplinary approach, integrating anthropology into biology. We propose an ontological approach that integrates topologically the physical and social environment with a hybrid interface the organism-person, where the organism overflows through a person through a wide range of relationships. In this case, concepts that are mediators of relationships such as work, strength, effort, and soul are essential to understand the role of physical activity and the network of relationships each person develops in the Rarámuri collective, wherein their physical condition is a product of a development influenced by the biological and cultural heritage and the niche construction.
