Características como la resolución en energía, resolución espacial, sensibilidad, tasas de conteo y reconstrucción y calidad de imagen, fueron evaluadas utilizando diferentes maniquíes con tres de los radionúclidos convencionales emisores de positrones comúnmente usados en PET (11C, 13Ny 18F). Algunas de las pruebas realizadas en este trabajo fueron del nuevo protocolo NEMA NU4 - 2008.]]></p></abstract>

<body><![CDATA[<p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2">&nbsp;</font></p>     <p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2"><b>Resumen</b></font></p>     <p align="justify"><font face="verdana" size="2">El objetivo de este trabajo es evaluar las caracter&iacute;sticas que intervienen en la adquisici&oacute;n de datos y la reconstrucci&oacute;n de imagen de un sistema de micro&#150;tomograf&iacute;a por emisi&oacute;n de positrones (microPET) Focus 120. Caracter&iacute;sticas como la resoluci&oacute;n en energ&iacute;a, resoluci&oacute;n espacial, sensibilidad, tasas de conteo y reconstrucci&oacute;n y calidad de imagen, fueron evaluadas utilizando diferentes maniqu&iacute;es con tres de los radion&uacute;clidos convencionales emisores de positrones com&uacute;nmente usados en PET (<Sup>11</Sup>C, <Sup>13</Sup>Ny <Sup>18</Sup>F).
