Resumen
Se presenta por vez primera una teoría de las curvas voltaje-corriente (CVC) no lineales de los electrones calientes que toma en cuenta no sólo el desequilibrio energético de los portadores (el calentamiento de los portadores), sino que también el desequilibrio de la concentración generado por el calentamiento.
Descriptores: Electrones calientes; portadores fuera de equilibrio.
Abstract
The theory of nonlinear Current Voltaje Characteristics (CVC) of hot electrons which take into account not only the nonequilibrium energy of carriers (heating of carriers), but the nonequilibrium concentration due to heating is presented for the first time.
