Malignant neoplasms of the gastrointestinal tract have the potential for skin metastases, but gastric adenocarcinoma is quite rare with skin metastases. It may be the first sign of an advanced stage, as well as being a sign of recurrence after treatment. In the center, a case of skin metastasis at the axillary level was obtained, and due to the unknown behavior, a review of the cases published to date was carried out with the aim of clarifying the behavior of this scenario.
