Porocarcinoma is an infrequent malignant adnexal tumor derived from the intraepidermal portion of the eccrine sweat duct that represents 0.01% of all skin tumors. We present the case of a 61-year-old male patient, assessed for a lesion in the left third of the left tibia of four years of evolution, umbilicated, indurated, ulcerated and hyperpigmented, who during the approach was diagnosed with porocarcioma that required surgical resection with wide margins.

Keywords : Malignant tumors of sweat glands; Porocarcinoma; Carcinoma.
