Abstract

A 57 year old male with hemophilia type A as a current condition. Starts with motor incoordination, numbness in the right arm and side. Diagnosis of left parietal intraparenchymatous hemorrhage with volume of hematoma 12 cubic centimeters, edema perilesional engaging the motor area. Glasgow 9, isocoricas pupils, hiporreactives, central facial palsy. All hemophiliac patient has the possibility of bleeding from any organ system. Monitoring is a priority.
