The objective is to determine the existence of a wage gap between workers with and without disabilities in Mexico, in turn, to what extent this disparity is explained by factors related to human capital, with data from Population and Housing Census of 2000 and 2010, and the Firpo, Lemieux y Fortin methodology (2011). The results show the existence of a wage gap and this, despite presenting a decrease throughout the decade, is due to a greater extent to the increase associated with factors not related to productivity, except for the lowest and highest decile.
Keywords : Salary differences; Wage discrimination; Work productivity.
