Abstract

The present work is the result of professional teachers incorporation, non- governmental associations and the Agriculture Ministry in “Santiago de Cuba province”. The objective is to promote technology transfer by a training system and with an extensionism approach that reaches the primary producers to become the main promoters of its technological and economical improvement. Information was exchanged with employees. Municipal and provincial courses for producers, future extensionisms and technical developers with technological transfer knowledge, were held which they culminated in participatory workshops, where they were analyzed and discussed some technologies that were studied. Milk production and profitability increased, contributing to the sustainability of the processes by raising the potential of self-esteem of these labor groups with improvements to the environment.
