GRANOVSKY, Pablo. The end of work or reconversion of qualifications: a challenge for public policies. Inter disciplina [online]. 2021, vol.9, n.23, pp.35-56. Epub May 05, 2021. ISSN 2448-5705. https://doi.org/10.22201/ceiich.24485705e.2021.23.77345.
The technological/productive field, the workers qualifications and the public politics in the vocational training, point out three main issues that are interrelated under any perspective. This article’s goal is to characterize the relation between technological changing and a heterogeneous social and productive structure. Besides, it attempts to describe the relation between these processes and the workers’ vocational training, especially those who work into the medium and small firms belonged to electrical, construction and automotive sectors.
Methodologically, we used the qualitative perspective and the deep interview to build the point of view of the people who were interviewed about these changes and its influence over their vocational qualifications.
Keywords : technology; social and productive structure; vocational training.
