Abstract

Objective:

Is to present the reader with a reflection on the structure of the work with some essential characteristics.

Methodology:

Is qualitative with a tendency to describe the main ideas and the main parts that constitute it.

Results:

Refer to providing the main arguments that the document holds and that is summarized in establishing a detailed analysis of the territory and the idea of rural areas.

Limitations:

Are that it is not possible to make an analysis of the thirty-three documents that frame this work, which are part of the generating idea that has caused the existence of the concept of rurality, its link with the territory and the general condition of the population.

Conclusions:

Are that it is necessary to account for the evolution of the notions of rurality and territory with their expressions and characteristics in order to understand how rural contexts evolve.
