The adversarial accusatory system has as its main engine the so-called principle of orality, this being the great promoter of procedural speed. In turn, at the time of applying orality, it makes other procedural principles such as contradiction, device, and advertising come into operation. The methods that were used in the present investigation were deductive and inductive, generating as a result that when the procedural subjects are installed in telematic hearings, they do not correctly produce the means of proof for the demonstration of their allegations; In this way, this work contributed so that the procedural subjects take precautions when producing their evidence, since only then can they be appreciated by the judge.
