The analysis of the violation of the right to education generated by the COVID-19 SARS 2 pandemic had a considerable impact on the world, and in the case of Mexico, it was affected as of February 27, 2020, violating rights of the students given that the strategies that were being used were not adequate. The Mexican state had to take measures regarding the form of delivery of education in order to avoid a violation of the right to education enshrined in Article 3 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; likewise, ensure that this benefit reaches all those who receive distance education.
