As of March 2020, we experience notable changes at the global level and the fact is that COVID-19 has not been an easy situation to repel for the States; however, the efforts towards this objective are advancing; However, States must have an approach without being misaligned with certain problems that increasingly afflict our society, with or without a pandemic, one of these problems is reflected in gender violence, based on this, an analysis was made of how The Ecuadorian State has dealt with the issue of gender violence during COVID-19, and it is that every day the media or social networks show completely alarming figures in relation to this problem.
