The research is aimed at constructively analyzing Citizen Security and how it has developed over time, and at the same time how security entities such as the National Police apply the progressive use of force to guarantee their citizens the enjoyment of their rights. and keep the peace. Security is one of the most relevant rights for a government, but nowadays, the growth of crime has become the main concern of citizens, as it has been a phenomenon that has been growing, even more so in the pandemic to cause of COVID 19, which has been the trigger for the increase in insecurity rates nationwide.
