Abstract

The pandemic generated by the COVID-19 virus has had unprecedented consequences that have affected worldwide political, economic, social, and cultural aspects that translate into a decrease in the development of people's daily lives. In this writing, access to the human right to health of migrants is analyzed in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, from a human rights perspective, focusing on the problems detected in public health institutions, specifically regarding medical services and repercussions on the migrant population in transit through Mexico.
