Abstract

Through this shared dialogue between authors, we explore the concept of university social linkage and responsibility giving a reinterpretation in the light of various conceptual and political positions ranging from global hegemonic pretension prospects to the most diverse social expressions that require new responses to this institution. In short, it pointed out in its own nature cultivated over eight centuries, facing the need to exercise leadership, to promote greater equity in pursuit of social cohesion as an ethical principle and social being of the university.
