In this article, we will expose how some paratextual elements that surround a text can influence the interpretation of it. We will approach to El diario inédito del filósofo vienés Ludwig Wittgenstein (2016), by Fredy Yezzed (Bogotá, 1979), exploring the title, the epigraphs and the inside back cover, to see how is it that these elements intervene previously in the reader and his encounter with Yezzed work, which have a constant dialogue with other works by Wittgenstein and many other authors, thus participating in a transtextual atmosphere.
