In this essay I reflect on the poetic proposal of the Cuban writer José Lezama Lima, and underline the literary details that express when he prioritizes the perceptive work in front ofthe world;above all, in this way, to the paper that the gazeas central instance of the creative process in the -always changing-scenario of reality.
