This work tries to show and confirm the modernity of the thought about natural right that Giambattista Vico offered in his book Principios de una ciencia nueva sobre la naturaleza común de las naciones. As well, deals with the italian philosopher opinion, in the same book, about the people in the New World who suffered the spanish conquest. Opposition between conquest an historical development of the conquered people.
