Abstract

This paper discusses both poverty and gender related poverty framed in the distributive justice approach of John Rawls. First, it explains Rawls' arguments on justice principles; then, tries to determine the distribution of subjects, objects and economical resources. At last, it relates these criteria with social and economical rights related with gender equity.
