Abstract

GARCIA FLORES, Alan Jair. Aporia of the criminal policy of criminal exhibitionism in Mexico. Nova scientia [online]. 2017, vol.9, n.19, pp.751-787. ISSN 2007-0705.  https://doi.org/10.21640/ns.v9i19.1103.

This article pretends to show the essential lines of the criminal policy of criminal exhibitionism against those suspected of committing crimes, a fact which violates the guarantor scheme of the Mexican penal system adopted by the constitutional reform of 2008 and degrades the social construct of democratic rule of law strengthened through constitutional reform on human rights in 2011.

The following sections analyzed the fundamental rights violated by state practice of criminal exhibitionism, a fact that has meant violations both due process and the dignity and honor of the governed who should be the main subject Mexican state protection.

Keywords : criminal policy; parallel trial; democratic rule of law; criminal exhibitionism.
