Abstract

According to some theoretical models of technology transfer companies learn from other companies; on other occasions technologies are transferred from a policy directed by the Government where firms, research centers and institutions of higher education converge transferring knowledge from one actor to another; another model, warns the active participation of civil society, which derived their needs becomes the axis that articulates the transition from knowledge to application in the company. This paper presents an analysis of these models, in order to contrast empirically using cases of companies that incorporate technology for the production of vegetables, characterizing its actors, linking and evaluating these characteristics and the ways in which these companies have experienced is done contact processes, adaptation and modification of technology.
