Abstract

This paper presents a system that allows for control of conventional servo motors using PDA computers. The advantage of the proposed implementation is related to hardware interface, namely, to the usage of the specialized microcontroller that connects PDA with the servo motor using serial port of the PDA. The system can be easily adapted to other similar applications.
