El periplo sustentable

Abstract

This article is a product of literature review, based on an international research on four aspects: product and cultural tourism, museums and museum marketing. The general objective of the work was to know the state of the art of the Chocolate Museums in Europe, assuming them as cultural products. The results highlight the relevance of this continent as the holder of the Mediterranean museological tradition, home of the first museums in the world and in this case, as the territory with the largest number and the oldest museums of chocolate, adding a total of 53 , Distributed in 20 countries.
