Tourism today has already shown its compelling value in developing economies. Preferential benefits to nations, states and cities in development with job creation. Training as part of the training of human resources, is an important development factor of tourism enterprises. Micro, small and medium enterprises often form the rugged part of the tourism industry. This work presents a study on the integration of staff and management and training of this within MSMEs tourist city of Guanajuato.
