Abstract

First record of the Black-headed Nightingale-Thrush and additional records of the Spot-crowned Woodcreeper and the Aztec Thrush for the Nuevo Leon state, Mexico. Huitzil [online]. 2010, vol.11, n.1, pp.4-8. ISSN 1870-7459.

We present a new record of the Black-headed Nightingale-Thrush (Catharus mexicanus) for Nuevo Leon state, through a recent photographic record which confirms its identification and represents a new addition for the state's avifauna. We also present additional records of the Spot-crowned Woodcreeper (Lepidocolaptes affinis) and the Aztec Thrush (Ridgwayia pinicola) out of their known distribution range.
