This study attempts to shed light and analize Fundamental rights in Argentinian working relations in private companies and its use by Law and Courts. A descriptive methodological approach was used, i. e. analysis of Argentinian doctrine and jurisprudence, pure -as knowledge may be built, although not with the objective of being immediately applied to the context or reality-, cross-sectional -limited or based on mainly in current norms and jurisprudence of the last ten years in Argentina-.We conclude that exists in Argentina a contradiction based on the one hand by a high standard of protection of workers and their fundamental rights, but on the other hand poor awareness of legal operators and the workers themselves about the importance of their Fundamental rights.
