This article focuses on the study of control of conventionality made by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights regarding in relation to the human rights of judicial guarantees and judicial protection of persons as migrants. The result is obtained from a basic legal, descriptive, and deductive investigation that identifies the conventional spaces generated from citation spaces, which are developed in the advisory and contentious function of the Inter-American Court.
