The objective of this study is to analyze the challenges and perspectives of the fight against international trafficking of girls for purpose of sexual exploitation in Latin America through international cooperation in the introduction of norms common to the Latin American states of the Triple Frontier (Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay). In this context, it is questioned: what are the challenges and prospects of combating international trafficking of girls for the purpose of sexual exploitation in Latin America through international Ş cooperation in the Triple Frontier by redefining citizenship and the concept frontier areas in the construction of common public policies in those countries? In its construction, the study was divided in two moments, where the first one analyzes the process of (re)construction of Latin American integration. In the second topic, the aim is to understand the fight against international trafficking of girls for the purpose of sexual exploitation in the triple border, based on the creation of common public policies among nations. As a methodological approach, the deductive method is used as methods of historical and functionalist procedures and as bibliographic and documentary research techniques.
