Abstract

We are going to analyze the intention of catalonian authorities to segregate fron the Kingdom of Spain, and to créate a catalonian Republic, under the current methodology of Public international law. Furthemore we analyze the 27-X-2017 Declaration of Independence and the 1-October referéndum, in a historial perspective, its causes and the most recents facts in 2012-2018. Deal with the nature of the facts in criminal law, theorie of law and international law; on the other hand we'll go deeply into the absence of fundaments of that in International law and in the nature of catalán people. Finally, it'll be look into the sovereignty challenge fron the point of view of some international law principles.
