Abstract

CORREA, Horacio Esteban. Emergence of Ius Atlanticum over Law of Nations. Anu. Mex. Der. Inter [online]. 2013, vol.13, pp.451-478. ISSN 1870-4654.

The prevailing expansion of the Atlantic Alliance is changing the Public International Law since the imposed legitimacy of ius atlanticum over ius publicum europaeum. This high strategy is supported by the emergency of a new cultural archetype; the Atlantic civilization which from its values informs behaviours that prepare the ground of a new legality. The warring expansion in the sea and outer space, as well as the discriminating war on the name of "universal and absolute peace", is a reflection of it.

Keywords : Roman Law; Archetype; Atlantic Alliance; War; Earth; Sea; Polarity.
