Abstract

Spain, in recent times has come close to the percentage of foreign population from other EU Member States. The accession of Spain to the European Communities as a full member, while not achieving any kind of uniform regulation of origin, it is necessary to fix the legal regime for EU nationals on our soil. Since then, Spain, in recent time, host country nationals, has been involved in setting administrative formalities for the exercise of the rights of entry, exit and stay in Spain for the citizens of its member States to activities as an employed person or self.
