Abstract

This article presents a scheme of the proof analysis that the Inter-american Court of Human Rights performed in a case concerning judicial independence. The pretention is that the reader observes how the parties pleadings were build and how the Court solved the controversy about the facts and evaluated the evidence. The objective is to show, through a concrete case, the way in which the In terna iional Tribunal analyses the proofs and grants true or non-demonstrated the hypothesis showed to it.
