Abstract

The article discusses how individuals define a social movement, in particular, how they build the elements that justify or explain their actions through interaction with other players or opponents. In order to do the analysis, the theory of social construction of reality is used to emphasize the interpretations that subjects have about certain events. The case study is the movement against the construction of a tourist attraction in Tepoztlan, Morelos.
