The Int'l answer was the promulgation of the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Commerce in 1996 and the UNCITRAL Model Law on Electronic Signatures in 2001. The states issued different normative provisions on the topic and today, we can speak about a legal framework existing in many countries. The Cuban legislative solution is still to come. It is only a project due to mistakes of fate. This is the legal certainty of the electronic signature in Cuba, under conditions different from those existing in other countries.
